Craft Den Furniture – Exchanges & Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
* Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
* Item must be in original packaging with all parts, hardware, and instructions included
* Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
* Final sale or clearance items
Exchanges
Exchanges or order modifications must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders are typically in processing and cannot be changed.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Returns@craftdenfurniture.com. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Method
* Returns are accepted by mail only
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
* Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for return shipping labels unless otherwise approved by Craft Den Furniture
Return Shipping
* We recommend using a trackable shipping method
* Craft Den Furniture is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the product purchase price. Any applicable fees will be communicated before the return is finalized.
Refunds
* Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected
* Refund processing may take up to 30 days after the returned item is received
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Returns@craftdenfurniture.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement, parts, or a full refund at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Area
Craft Den Furniture ships within the continental United States.
Orders placed outside this area will be canceled and refunded. Payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
