Because many Craft Den Furniture pieces are prepared specifically for each order or shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, we’re usually unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed.

If your item arrives with a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us right away—we’ll work quickly to make it right with replacement parts, a replacement item, or another appropriate solution.

Shipping Area

Craft Den Furniture currently delivers within the continental United States.

If an order is placed with an address outside our delivery area, we’ll contact you and issue a refund minus any payment processing fees charged by the card provider.
