At Craft Den Furniture, we’re committed to offering
exceptional value on high-quality furniture. If you find a lower price on an
identical in-stock item from a qualifying retailer, we’ll gladly review a price
match request.

How It Works

1. Find a
   Lower Price
   
   Locate the identical item (same brand, model, size, finish, and
   specifications) offered at a lower price by a qualifying retailer.
2. Submit
   Your Request
   
   Contact our customer support team before placing your order and provide a
   link or advertisement showing the competitor’s price.
3. Verification
   
   Once verified and approved, we will match the competitor’s price.

Qualifying Criteria

To be eligible for a price match:

• The
  item must be identical in brand, model number, dimensions, finish, and
  specifications
• The
  competitor must be an authorized retailer with pricing available to the
  general public
• The
  item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery
• The
  competitor must be able to ship to the customer’s delivery ZIP code within
  the United States
• The
  price match applies to the item price only, excluding taxes, shipping,
  delivery, assembly, or service fees

Exclusions

Price matches are not available under the following
conditions:

Marketplace & Third-Party Sellers

We do not match prices from online marketplaces or
third-party sellers, including but not limited to:

Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Wayfair Marketplace, eBay,
Overstock, Facebook Marketplace, or any platform where products are sold by
independent or unauthorized resellers.

Product Condition

• Open-box,
  returned, refurbished, used, clearance, liquidation, floor models, or
  damaged items

Pricing Types

• Flash
  sales, doorbusters, holiday promotions, limited-quantity or time-limited
  offers
• Bundles,
  package deals, or “buy more save more” promotions
• Mail-in
  rebates, gift card offers, coupon stacking, loyalty rewards, or
  promotional credits
• Membership-only
  pricing (Costco, Sam’s Club), employee discounts, contractor pricing
• Special
  financing offers or payment-plan discounts

Errors & Misprints

• Typographical
  errors, pricing mistakes, or technical glitches

Availability

• Out-of-stock,
  back-ordered, or pre-order items
• No
  rain checks on items that become unavailable

Additional Terms

• Price
  match requests must be submitted and approved prior to purchase. We do not
  offer price adjustments after an order has been placed or delivered.
• Limit
  one price match per item. Price matches cannot be combined with other
  promotions or discounts.
• Approved
  price matches are non-transferable and apply only to the original customer
  and item requested.
• Eligibility
  may be limited by manufacturer pricing policies or brand restrictions.
• Craft
  Den Furniture reserves the right to verify all competitor pricing, product
  details, and availability.
• We may
  decline requests that cannot be verified or that appear fraudulent,
  misleading, or inconsistent with standard retail practices.
• Craft
  Den Furniture reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or
  deny requests in cases of suspected abuse, reselling, or commercial
  purchasing.
• All
  price match decisions are made at the sole discretion of Craft Den
  Furniture.

Policy Changes

This Price Match Guarantee may be modified or discontinued
at any time without prior notice.

Agreement

By requesting a price match, customers agree to these terms
and conditions.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@craftdenfurniture.com.
